Habitat: Blue Leaf Honeysuckle, also known as Blue Violet Honeysuckle or Blue Velvet Honeysuckle, is a large shrub with small, fuzzy, blue-gray leaves. It blooms in late spring and red berries follow later in the season. It is native to central Asia and is a great xeriscape bush planted in many gardens at high altitude (up to 9,000 feet).
